Then going for bba would be good since subjects of bba would be continued in mba and you could know many subjects in mba since they were in bba before

There are many colleges in Delhi which offer integrated course BBA-MBA. However talking specifically GNIOT, JBS, Lovely Professional University are some of them. Going by placement track records you can opt for LPU as it is having multiple awards and rankings from prestigious institutions in India and abroad.

To under stand the difference one needs to have a look at the curriculum that is taught. As far as my understanding goes there is not much difference between them .Off-late more colleges prefer the use of BBM and have added an element of corporate intern-ship as part of the course
