Doing any degree is never worthless. A BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) or a BBM (Bachelors in Business Management) is a graduate level management degree that is solely designed to enlighten student's management skills at the Bachelors level. The degree is designed to develop practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability.
A BBA graduate can start off as an Executive, Associate, Business Development Manager or an Assistant manager in various organizations such as:
Manufacturing companies
Export and trading houses
Financial concerns
Banks
NGO's
PSU's
Multinational corporations
Initially the pay will not be that appealing and most of the students are hired as interns and are given stipend instead of salary. But with experience and exposure the salary bar would surely get a hike and an MBA after BBA/BBM would definitely fetch the student more lucrative jobs.
