Hi,
UPSC exams are very tough and require a lot of hard work and dedication. It is not so that you will require a safe career as a back support but yes to be eligible for the Civil Services, you will require to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized University.
Being a graduate the minimum eligibility will help you in future as well even if you couldn't make it through the UPSC exams as this is the base of education on which you can pursue higher education.
More than anything else, i would advise you to be confident on you hard work and start preparing for the UPSC exams keeping marginal time in hand so that you are able to analyze

It will give you an opportunity to work for good corporate houses as a part of their legal team. Else you can join some big Law Firm having good corporate clientele. And, yes, the pay will be good.

Marketing and Finance both have similar scope and you can be assured that these two branches will continue to grow in future. What should matter at this stage to you should be what you are really interested in. These two verticals need completely different skills, take some time and think where you would be able to perform better and where your interests lie.

No, It will not create any trouble on your placement, but by the ending of your BBA degree you must clear all the subjects. Companies required talented people, so, just be strong and be positive.

Hi
After completing BBA you can first consider a short term course in business, accounting and taxation. This will make you skilled and also help you in getting a job. After working for 1 or 2 years you can understand your interest and then choose your MBA specialization accordingly.
