BBA is basic degree course of Management where you will study about business , administration and management .
In B.com, you will study about accounting , taxation and financial calculations.

You are going for BBA which is a general program designed for bachelor degree in management, Opting for particular specialization in BBA will not make much sense but still there are few colleges offering specialization in BBA like Finance, Marketing and HR.
Opting for the best specialization depends upon your interest and that will be better applicable once you will go for MBA.
You can go for internship in areas like Marketing, HR, Retail during your BBA final semester and accordingly opt for specialization.

B.B.A is mainly concerned with studies of Business Administration. While B.M.S course structure is mainly dealing with Management and managerial subjects.
Outside Mumbai there are not many universities which offer BMS but BBA is widely popular all over India.
For BMS, there are many colleges such as H.R college, K.C college, Xavier's, etc which are affiliated to Mumbai university. There are no entrance exams as such and admission is done on merit basis.
For BBA, there are some top notch colleges such as symbiosis in pune and noida, MSU Baroda, Christ university Bangalore, SEMCOM Vv Nagar, etc. To get admission in these colleges,

It's not compulsory to have maths to get admission into BBA, but criteria might differ from university to university.
So check with the university you are aiming for, through website or contact them to confirm the same.
