BBA course provides an overview of business management in a nut shell, it doesn't offer much scope by itself, unless you follow it up with a good MBA. After which you will start off as an executive or assistant manager in any of the business organisations, manufacturing companies, export or trading houses, financial concerns, banks, NGOs, PSUs or multinational corporations. Needless to say, the kind of job you will get and the salary you will be offered will to a large extent depend on the reputation of the B-school you graduate from and the stream you choose for MBA.

Getting a University transfer (changing university with a course in continuity) is a difficult and a rare option as compared to the change of colleges under the same University. Definitely the value of such a course is always questionable and may lead to identity issues for the course recognition in the market.
Still I would suggest you to first contact the University where you plan to take the transfer and inquire whether such provisions are available or not based on which you may then decide further.

BBA awards students with skills in Administration where as BBM makes the student capable with skills on management aspects.
BBM provides specialization in a variety of areas such as Human Resources, operation, finance, and marketing where as BBA does not meet this criteria.
