If you do it from IIPM the there are two type of BBA or MBA one is domestic and other is international , in international you can get a foreign tour as industrial visit , that's why fees of international BBA is high

Yes after MCA u can do M-tech, but many of the Engineering college or University require 10+2 in Science stream ( Phy+chem+math ). So if u have studied in science stream then u are completely eligible, but if not then please check the eligibity criteria of u r desire college. Best of luck.

You can opt for either MBA on IT or if u studied math in u r BBA then u can also go for MCA. But if u want to be a software devoloper then go for MCA but if u are more interested on Business on IT rather than be a software developer then u can go for MBA, although in MBA u will study some of the core topics of the IT.
