No, you cannot get admission for MCA without giving Entrance exam. You should have to clear your entrance first to get admission in the colleges for MCA and for all Post-Graduation courses.

I think you have to choose BBA instead of BCA because in BCA Physics and maths both are compulsory. And, you are commerce student so you should have to go BBA instead of BCA it would be beneficial and good for your future too

All university is good in my opinion all you have to do is focus on the study but there is some university that provides good placement and the environment is also good and those are Tula's Institute, Dehradun Graphic Era, Doon University, Kelvin Institute Of Technology, Roorkee Institute of Technol
