Hello Abin,
From the name itself, it is clear that BCA (Mobile Application & Cloud Computing) focuses on the app and UI development for mobile phones, whereas the other one focuses upon the security over the internet. Looking for their scope, both are quite better. And, has a very good scope because of the demand of people in such field in increasing day by day.

You also can do vendor certifications. If you are interested in Java, then give OCPJP exam. If you are interested in SQL then do Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL certification. Likewise, if you are interested in hardware and networking then CCNA. And then do job in IT Sector.

ITI has a lot of value in India. Yes, it can help you get job faster. But, I would like to recommend other courses like Data analytics, digital marketing, IoT and Blockchain, etc. These are trending and will have more demand in future. Explore various options and then select ITI.

BCA is an acronym for Bachelors in Computer Application. It is a 3 years undergraduate degree programme. After pursuing BCA one can work in IT industry or can even pursue MCA. Various computer software and hardware related subjects are taught in BCA. Other Degrees similar to BCA are B.Sc. IT & B.Sc. Computer Science. If you are interested in making a career in IT industry and if you are getting admission in BCA in a good college, then go for it. Though it's value is not same as B.Tech IT/CS or BE IT/CS, but pursuing MCA degree post BCA is almost equivalent to a B.Tech degree. All the best.
