This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in programming, coding, technical, research or academics area then MCA is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is a better option.

All university is good in my opinion all you have to do is focus on the study but there is some university that provides good placement and the environment is also good and those are Tula's Institute, Dehradun Graphic Era, Doon University, Kelvin Institute Of Technology, Roorkee Institute of Technology.

To be eligible for BCA a candidate should have passed 12th with Mathematics. Percentage May differ as per colleges. Mathematics is compulsory for BCA candidates as it is helpful while programming and making logics.
