Open Universities are flexible enough. You can enroll in the program of your choice and submit an application stating your problem.
Also, there are many open universities which provide online programs. Check them out. There would be provisions in Dubai too.

To be very honest, no. Most of the companies require full time graduates. Doing a BCA in correspondence can give you a degree but not jobs.

For this, you can contact to the college authority directly as in my knowledge there is no such provision of getting directly in to the 2nd year of BCA in this university.

You can do MBA after any branch even engineering. And if you don't like engineer then go for BBA and then after MBA. But, I suggest to do BCA then MBA. Because after BCA, if you don't get admission for MBA then you will remain scope in BCA line.
