Yes, you are eligible for BCA. For doing BCA from VIT, mathematics is compulsory as one of the subject and 70% marks in 10+2.

If it's slot 3, then there are around 70% chances for you to get selected in BCA. So, it's better to attend counselling as there are a few chances for you to get admission.

Mathematics is compulsory in BCA but in some colleges maths is not compulsory. You can try in correspondence universities like NSU, SMU, IGNOU, etc.

For B.Voc, you have to take entrance test. B.Voc require minimum 55% in 12th class. Its average starting salary is INR 14,000-18,000. Jobs that you might get after doing B.Voc are of application developer, graphic designer, website developer, software tester, coder, algorithm designer, UI designer, etc. For BCA, you will require a percentage between 45-60%. Its average starting salary is INR 17,000-22,000. Fields in which you can make career after doing BCA CTIS are:
-Google certified professional architect
-VMware certified professional
-AWS certified solutions architect
-AWS certified solutions architect
-Cisco certified network associat

It's not possible to get a free seat. But there are quite less chances for you to get admission in some government colleges and the fee structure would be less in case of government colleges.

B.Tech will be a degree you will be pursuing for 4 years whereas BCA will be of 3 years and you will get more exposure in B.Tech actually so you can check accordingly as per your interest. As b.tech is better than bca now adays.
