If you do BTech in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, you will meet eligibility criteria for joining ISRO as a Scientist. However, you will have to go through selection process of ISRO which is advertised time to time in national newspapers.

Dear Venkatesh.yes there is an entrance exam for this course along with GD and Personal interview. you have to prepare well if you want to join. in this course.
