No, students cannot apply offline for admission in Bharath University. Bharath University application process is conducted in online mode. For offline application process, students must contact the college administration department.

Bharath University offers scholarships to deserving students in CSE based on merit. Students who consistently achieve high marks are given edge by the university. Firstly, students fulfill the eligibility set for these scholarships:
- Students with a minimum of 95% aggregate in PCM are eligible for scholarship worth INR 1 Lacs (Only 100 seats are avialable).
- Students with a minimum of 90% aggregate in PCM are eligible for scholarship worth INR 1.5 lakh.
- Students with a minimum of 70% aggregate in PCM are eligible for scholarship worth INR 2.5 lakh.

Selection for BTech at Bharath University is based on the BEEE or Bharath Engineering Entrance Exam. Typically, the exam is held in April.
