I don't think so as the facilities in the campus are not good. You can not expect more about placements, faculty, infrastructure, hostel life, laboratory, etc. It is an average college.

I would just like to contradict a few points mentioned before by anonymous about users this university. I have no clue what Hindustan was before I joined (2015), but I can tell you what it is now. It is an excellent platform for those who want to grow as an engineer and not just attain an engineering degree.

Hello Shankar,
To me, both Hindustan as well as Bharath University appeared to be on equal footing. Both claim of good placement & faculty. In the absence of any adverse marking, I suggest you grab admission whichever comes first.

Dear Sonal, felt nice to know your interest. Genetic studies are strongly related to human beings, natural effects on born and defects. Bharath University has good ranking, popularity along with its UGC approval. After completing your studies in genetics engineering, you will get placed in big research centre and international organisations like WHO(World health organisation), teaching sector, top hospitals like Birla and even can work in government undertakings or can work abroad as well. Feel free to ask your further queries. I hope it will help.
All the best.
