Your class 10th and class 12th marks at the time of placement only, they make you eligible for a particular company as per the marks requirement by company in order to get eligible for interview. Getting Job or placed only depends on your skills that you will gain during your B.Tech studies. Yes Symbiosis is a good university for M.Sc. Biotechnology. It is a reputed university. According to 2020 report by NIRF, it was ranked 43rd university in India and 73rd worldwide. So you can go for it.
