The Bachelor of Science in biotechnology is a 3-year undergraduate course that involves an in-depth study of a biological process that is meant for industrial purposes like genetic manipulation of microorganisms to produce antibiotics, hormones, etc. Used in medicine production and other such purposes. A minimum combined score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) is required for both the Senior Secondary and Higher Secondary levels for the student. With a minimum aggregate score of 60% in all three disciplines, the student should have studied Physics Biology and Chemistry as primary subjects at the 10+2 level.

If you want placement in IT companies then you have to choose any one among ISE/CSE and ECE at MSIRT because Chemical/ Mech/ IEM/ Biotech will not be helpful in getting placements in IT sector.

For addmission in VBSPU you have to score good in UPSEE examination and merit list will be based on UPSEE.
IT IS quite difficult to say the accurate merit list but for this course your rank should have to be under 6247-7000 in obc category
For general 3000-4000

The fee structure is not mentioned online you have to communicate with the college to know that but average fees for M.sc. in biotechnology ranges from INR 40,000/- to 2.40 Lakhs per annum or more little bit more than that.
