Hi Rohit,
The medium of study in SXCKOL is English except for very few subjects and department. Biotechnology department does not offer the course in English only.
And I don't think there are many colleges which will offer it in Hindi.
Anyway, try to find one.

Yes, M.Sc in biotechnology is there in the main campus at Thanjavur.
