Hi,
NEST is an entrance exam which gives you admission to the in M.Sc. Programme (I. e. both B.Sc. And M.Sc. In NISER and UM-DAE CEBS Mumbai. Also, you can choose your major subject but not specifically Biotechnology. However, you would be taught some courses related to it.

Yes. you can pursue M.Sc. In environmental studies after completing B.Sc. In plant Biology and plant biotechnology. Bachelor's degree from any stream related to science makes a person eligible for this M.Sc. Course.
