Due to the opening of large pharmaceutical companies, the future in the field of pharmacy is bright. Numerous jobs are available for pharmacists in government as well as private organizations. After completing your studies, you can easily find jobs in pharmaceutical industries, government departments, colleges and universities, hospitals, investigation and research institute etc.
Pharmacists can practice in community pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, extended care facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and regulatory agencies. Sales & Marketing job sector also hire a huge number of pharmacy graduates.
One can also work in retail stores of medicines. After registering with the state Pharmacy Council, you can open chemist/drug shop and sell medicines as per doctors prescription.
On the other hand, the biotechnology is a rapidly developing field. Many private businesses are exploring this field and heavily investing in it. It is safe to say that there are ample job opportunities for Biotechnology graduates in private sector. Government sector too offers job opportunities, but not in the scale in which private sector does.

I think B.Com and B.Sc both are very good courses but main matter is that in which subject you are interested.
The main advantage of B.Com course is, the job opportunity for B.Com is bit high when compared to B.Sc.
No doubt there is good scope available for B.Com course in both the Government and Private sectors as well. B.Com students can get job opportunities in various sectors like Banking Sector, Financial Institutions, Outsourcing firms, Insurance Companies and Audit Firms, etc. B.Com fresher can also start their career as Account Assistant.

But if you were a bio student in class 12 then I will suggest you to go for b.sc in biotechnology as for you it will be bit difficult to pursue B.Com.

B.Tech biotechnology better than B.Sc. biotechnology but major advantage of doing a B.Sc course in this subject is that the course duration is short, when compared to a B.E./B.Tech program. B.Sc course takes 3 years to complete.

One may build a rewarding career in this field. To thrive in this field, one must possess B.Sc. as well as M.Sc degree. Average starting salary generally is between 2- 5 LPA.B.Sc psychology is a great career choice as the demand for Psychologists is increasing day by day. You can work in hospitals, organizations, schools, NGO's, etc., wherever you like that also depend on the specialization you have. If you are confused between psychology and counseling then you can opt for counseling psychology as the field of specialization in psychology.
