There are lots of universities for which you can be eligible for applying:
1. Adamas University, Kolkata
2. North Bengal St. Xavier's College
3. North Bengal University, Bengal
4. Manipal University
5. Cotton College Assam
6. Amity University Kolkata

You will have to give entrance exam conducted by the colleges.

You can try private colleges like LPU, Amity University, etc.
The last date to apply is 31st May.

Each line is equally good. If one course is to be suggested then you can go for biotech, it is trending these days with better job opportunities.

If you are planning to take admission in a German University where medium of teaching is English then you do not require proficiency in German language GRE and TOFEL score will be a sufficient condition to meet eligibility criteria. However, you will have to gain working German language skills to live in Germany which is taught to all international students during induction program.
