MS is a better option, since many universities offer MS in biotechnology. You can write GATE exam and if you pass it, you can pursue M.Tech from a decent college.

You can prefer:
1. IISc.
2. TIFR.
3. JNU.
4. DU.
5. IITs.
6. IISERs.

Biotechnology is a wide subject as it contains many different topics like recombinant DNA technology, immunology, bioinformatics, animal biotechnology, plant biotechnology, biochemistry and many more. Biotechnology is a good career option.

Biotechnology is a very vast subject. Bioinformatics is a part of biotechnology. Biotechnology has more scope than bioinformatics. Through biotechnology, we can go for research, food quality assurance, teaching, science writer, management, quality control officer and some more. But bioinformatics do not provide this much career options in future.

Both the fields are good and have good career prospects. IT depends on your interest that which subject you choose. Both subjects will provide you the chance to make career in teaching, research, science writing, government jobs, etc.

You can get earn around 16.51 lakh rupees per annum after completing MBA in pharmaceutical management from NMIMS. It has a great scope in India.

You can prefer JNU and colleges which come under TIFR or IIT for Masters in biotechnology.

Go with Warsaw University of Technology. It is one the best universities in Poland. They have MSc in Applied Biotechnology. It is 18 months course and available in English medium.
