There are no branch in engineering which leaves maths subject as all branches' syllabus carry the math subject, and there are many colleges for that like top colleges that offer bio-technology courses are the IITs (Kanpur, Roorkee and Guwahati); NIT Warnagal; NSIT Delhi; Thapar University; Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka; Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT); and Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology.

Biotechnology is offered as B.Sc and B.Tech both by various universities and institutes like IITs, BITs, BHU, VIT, MIT, etc. and they require maths and bio both in most of them so take a look here and choose:

University of Toronto and University of British Columbia are the best ones. Other good universities for biotechnology are:
University of Saskatchewan,
Wilfrid Laurier University
Queen's University
University of Windsor
