No, there is no branch of biotechnology. You can pursue Diploma in pharmacy and chemical engineering. But, after completing Diploma in engineering, you can pursue B.Tech in biotechnology.

I am also from ICSE board and I will suggest you Biotechnology because it is a very vast subject and it carries different fields in it.

Pharm.D is a good option. B.Tech in biotech from IIT or NIT will be good for you. You can avoid B.Pharm.

Both the options are good, but you need to find out your interest and liking. If you select B.Pharma, you must be good in chemistry, especially in organic chemistry. If you opt for B.Tech biotechnology, you must have or develop the interest in machinery. Both the options are open for you and have good career option.
If you have interest in the research field, then you can opt for B.Pharma.

Dear,
Yes, you can apply for LLB programme but before entering into these fields, check your interest and don't opt for any of them because someone told you so.
You think of totally different field. Accordingly, I would suggest, you should go for career counselling to find the best option for you.
