If you want to join in as the management in any company later, go for MBA and if you are interested in research, education, innovation, etc in biotech, genetics, prosthetics etc, you should choose MS. Canada offers better chances of it than Australia so check your finances, eligibility and cultural preference and then decide.

Although it is quite a rare combination, biotechnology animation is a new upcoming field.This way you get to go for both the courses.You can research the field and go ahead in the direction.

Yes, the MHT-CET exam is compulsory in order to pursue B.Tech from Maharashtra state. And, you have to face maths in biotechnology in the first year.

To apply for a UG programme abroad, you need to give SAT or ACT exam. If you are looking for the US with SAT or ACT you also need TOEFL and for the UK you have to give IELTS.
These are the basic exams that will be required probably everywhere but every university is having their own admission requirements so please check the website of every university individually to know about the exams they require. Also, there are no such criteria for 12th standard marks but perform your best as high school marks affects abroad admission equally as your SAT or ACT score. Bachelor of pharmacy is better for career and growth of salary with decent oppurtunities.

I think it not possible and also not worthy. Stick to your own field, try to master your own field because you have already spent so many years for the same.
