If you're a PCB student and want to pursue B.Tech in Biotechnology at VIT? Vellore, you must appear in the VITEE? E exam. You must also have scored at least 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (50% for SC/ST or North? East). Admission is based on your VITEEE rank followed by counselling.

The 1 year price for B.Sc. Biotechnology at Calcutta University is around INR 3,500 to 4000.

If you live inside the hostel, extra charges are about INR 5,000 to 6,000.

This is most effective estimate, as genuine costs might also change slightly depending on the department and year.

A 3000 rank in TS EAMCET 2025 should be sufficient to secure a seat in B.Tech Biotechnology at CBIT (Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology). Whether you can do a bridge course depends on the specific programme and the policies of CBIT. Generally, bridge courses are designed for students with a Diploma or those who need to fulfill specific prerequisites for a degree program. It's best to directly contact CBIT's admissions or biotechnology department to inquire about the possibility of a bridge course after joining their B.Tech Biotechnology program.
