Hi Chitra, BITS Pilani does provide M.E ( equivalent to M.Tech) in Civil Engineering. The specializations offered are :
M.E Civil (with specialisation in Infrastructure Engineering and Management)
M.E Civil (with specialisation in Structural engineering. )
M.E Civil (with specialisation in Transportation Engineering)

The definition of hard is very subjective and it will vary from person to person, something that is difficult for you, might not be difficult for other person and vice versa.
