For pursuing M.Tech in BITS Pilani you must clear BITS HD test. BITS is an Institute which takes own test for B.Tech and M.Tech both.

Previous year GATE question papers are sufficient for preparing the HD exam. And as usual, refer reference books of your respective subjects for qualitative inputs. Hope this helps you.

Bus is direct to Pilani from Delhi. Train starts from Delhi Sarai Rohilla station and drops you at Loharu. From Lohadi you get buses and taxis to Pilani and it takes 45 minutes via Loharu.

BITS HD Entrance Exam is similar to GATE examination. If you are clear with your B.Tech subjects, and in touch with the concepts, you will do well. Preparation of GATE, gives you an upper edge in BITS HD Entrance exam, as the questions are not very different. All the best.

The cutoff for HD Admissions in Civil Engineering depends on the minimum score obtained by the candidate. And, it keeps on changing this year. However, for getting admission into ME in Civil Engineering, try securing 150+ in the exam out of 300. All the best.
