College of Biotechnology, DUVASU admission to BTech is based on Undergraduate Entrance Exam or UGEE score. DUVASU conducts UGEE in nine centres. UGEE comprises of 200 multiple-choice questions. There will be 50 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 100 questions from Biology or Mathematics. Once selected, candidates need to participate in the counselling round.

Besides, Aspirants must have completed the age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2024. The maximum age limit is 25 years (age relaxation of five years for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).

It is possible to gain admission to UIET Chandigarh's B.Tech programme with a 75 percentile in JEE. The candidate's JEE Main rank determines their admission to UIET Chandigarh. To be admitted, you had to possess a valid 10+2 Science pass from an accredited school or board. Obtain at least 60% (55% for SC, ST, PwD, and BC) in Class Xth.
