The selection process for B.Tech and the minimum JEE score required can vary from college to college. In general, many colleges consider a JEE Main score of 180+ for admission to B.Tech programs.Additionally, some colleges may consider the JEE Main percentile, which usually falls between 80 and 90 percentile for admission to B.Tech programs, and for prestigious NITs, the percentile requirement is above 95.It's important to note that the specific cutoffs and eligibility criteria may vary by college, and candidates should refer to the respective college's admission guidelines for the most accurate information.
