Based on several Attributes, I can say Amity University, Mumbai is best for doing BTech.
Amity University provides Industry ready circulum and gives an amazing opportunity for Innovation .
While both Amity University and DYPBBI are reputable institutions offers M.Tech and B.Tech. programs in Biotechnology.
Generally the attributes which are considered is faculty, research opportunities, infrastructure, and industry collabs.
moreover the fee charges are bit high for Amity University compared to DYPBBI.

DYPBBI accepts admission for various programs and courses, through JEE main/AIPGBET and AICET.
AICET cutoff for DYPBBI is based on the performance of the student given in JEE main / AIPCBET examination .
The cutoff depends on the number of applications received, the number of candidates appeared for the examination .
Cutoff is also based on difficulty of the examination paper and also the availability of seats .
The cutoff is generally released after exam results is declared .
so it is changed from year to year, but based on the previous cutoff we can estimate the present cutoff.

It is an exceptional college with educated teachers, and staff and the management functions quite well. The college offers both UG and PG courses with some great placement opportunities as well as great opportunities for internships with some really good companies coming to the college.
You would be happy to learn that a total 99.05% of people are placed in this college and the highest package went for 9 Lakh, which is a pretty good salary for entrees and you would get various opportunities.
