70% in 12th grade cannot ensure admission. Put your attention on doing well on entrance exams, or look into options if you can increase your 12th PCM percentage. As college requires Minimum Eligibility-
- A minimum of 60–65% in math, physics, and chemistry on their 12th exams.
- But as 12th marks are usually insufficient, you might need to take and perform well on pertinent entrance exams like JEE Main, UPSEE, etc.
- There are very few, if any, seats available through the direct 12th admission route. The typical cutoffs for this are much higher, between 90 and 95 percent of the total.

Yes, JEE Main is one of the entrance exams accepted by ITS Engineering College for admission to B.Tech programs. However, it's not mandatory to have a JEE Main score for admission. ITS Engineering College also accepts scores of other national-level entrance exams such as UPSEE and UPCET for B.Tech programs. The minimum qualifying percentile for general category students is 40% for all these exams.
In addition to these entrance exams, candidates with a Diploma in engineering or technology from a recognised institution are also eligible to apply for lateral entry into the second year of B.Tech programs at ITS Engineering College.
