No, admission at National Institute of Technology Patna to a BTech programme is done only on the basis of merit in JEE Main. The seat allotment process is carried out through JoSAA counselling. There is no other provision for admission. Further, candidates seeking admission must also check the eligibility requirements for JEE Main before filling out the application form. 

The RGPV BTech admission is entirely based on JEE Main scores. Candidates can check the last date on the official website of the institute.

Admission to the BTech course at IIIT Kota is solely based on the candidate’s JEE Main exam score, followed by the centralised counselling process regulated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), through which they are allotted a seat.
