I guess there are no management quota's but, NRI quota exist through which you can get admission and it's fee would be around 3 LPA-4 LPA.

Since you're interested to make your career in Management field I would suggest you to go for BBA followed by MBA. Mostly colleges and universities take admission for BBA programs through GD/PI rounds. Recently, UPES Dehradun has announced BBA enrollment under 'Tension Free Boards Policy

Diploma in International Airlines and Travel Managemet fees is 28000+ 12.36%= 31461/-, Eligibility is HSC . Admissions are open now. This is six month course.
