To study in Canadian universities, you need the following:
TOEFL or IELTS: If you are not a native English speaker, then you will have to give one of these exams. Try to score around 80 in TOEFL and 6.5 in IELTS. Many universities in Canada require minimum of 79 in TOEFL and around 6.5 in IELTS.
Bachelors degree: The second thing you require is your Bachelors degree certificate and their scores.
GMAT: Most universities will ask for GMAT scores of around 500 atleast.

There are no free universities in Canada. You may get scholarships if the university wants basis your profile but a full scholarship is difficult. First, you see that you are accepted. Apply timely.

You can go for a lot of colleges, but the top or number one will be
University of Alberta, but if Canada isn't a issue the college better then that is present in Europe and it's cheaper too, so check that and Australia as well.

Executive or part-time MBA is not very well perceived by Indian companies, but it is not the case with the UK, Europe or USA. They understand that it is difficult to take a break from the work and spend on full-time MBA. Coming to your specific question it is not clear, if you are working in International business development or exports or international marketing department of an organisation. If you are not then executive MBA in international business will not add any value to your resume.
