Hi Anaz,
For an UG programme complete your 10+2 in PCB or PCM with very good grades. You may be required to clear additional entrance exams as well. The requirements vary from college to college. See details carefully on college websites. Take the IELTS too. Recommended score is 6 with no section less than 5.5.

That is going to depend on your profile and what you want to study. Universities are very competitive to get into. Colleges are much easier but does not guarantee admission to just anyone. You must meet the requirements. Colleges also have many professional courses.
