Depends on college to college. Some colleges impose strictly graduation percentage and some colleges do not. Typically, it is sufficient for most of the colleges so yes minimum 70% must be there.

Yes, GRE is not mandatory at all in Canada. It will just enhance your application of admission. IELTS is very important and score at least 6.5 bands with 6 minimum in each component.

There is a slight chance to get admission as only few colleges accept 6 band and since your academic scores is also not very good so you need a strong LOR (Letter of Recommendation) and SOP (Statement of Purpose) to make your application strong.

You need to give IELTS exam first, then only it will decide if you could get admission in good colleges. Your CGPA is okay and might get accepted by the Canadian colleges.

Since you have two years gap from the study, so you need to consult a good visa consultancy, so that your visa get approved as Canada colleges least consider students having a gap of 1 years.

Hi,
With an LLB in hand, you should select courses that would help enhance your current qualification. There are not many post graduate courses that you could select from at Humber for the same. However there are quite a few certificate courses on offer on subjects like Administrative law, Residential Landlord and Tenant Law, Legal research for Immigration, employment law, Real Estate law, teaching and training courses etc. You may check this link for the list of courses in concern to law at Humber Canada.

Yes, you need to provide them your IELTS scores and tuition fee if they had requested that in the offer letter. I suggest you go for any good consultancy they will help you with that and remember, there are so many fraud agencies so be aware of them.

During your period of study, you can be on the lookout for jobs in Canada, it might take time, but you will end up with a job. At first, the job you take up may not even be related to your course, but you can eventually get a related job.
