It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in going to Canada for your best of engineering studies after completion of your Diploma in India. Admissions abroad are normally given for undergraduate courses after qualifying 12th standard but then Diploma is also considered as equivalent of class 12th. Hence, I feel there should be no problem for you to get admission in a University in Canada. However, the admissions there are not exclusively based on academics but depend on host of other factors. In view of this I would like to strongly advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students for undergraduate
