Well, first to apply, you must hold a 4 year Bachelor's degree with very good academic grades. GRE is not always mandatory and you must take the GRE, only if the university asks for it. Check the university's websites for the admission requirements including GRE. To obtain a scholarship, since they are competitive and merit based you must have a very strong academic profile including research work, projects etc. Full scholarship is a very difficult thing to achieve and particularly or international students.

If you have completed M.Sc in India, there is a minimal chance that you will be accepted into another M.Sc programme in Canada. Some work experience can help you so first get a job or apply for Ph.D.

For Bachelor's degree, fee can range from C$10000 to C$30000 a year. You will find colleges having fee ranges less or more than the above range. It varies. You must also consider around 10,000 for living expenses every year.

Hi Mahima Sharma, you are eligible for courses related to PCM but with 65% gaining admissions into MS programs will be a challenge. Also what you study now will be totally on your interest. Environmental Science, Agriculture, Chemistry etc. are some basic courses you can see. Explore here
