Yes, you can take IELTS. However, first, decide what to study. Generally, you must have completed 10+2 to be eligible for further education.

Always first check admission requirements of the desired programme you want to study. All universities have their own admission criteria. Majority of the universities in Canada do not accept three years Bachelor's degree. Secondly, they are all very competitive and very good academic grades are required. Thirdly as an international applicant, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the English language requirements. Similarly, there are other requirements which will vary from university to university. So first you decide what and where to study and prepare accordingly.

Which course you can do will entirely depend on you. Diploma programs in many areas related to biology, psychology, chemistry, environmental science, etc. are available. You have to browse through university websites and check out your interests.
