Hi Tushar,
Three year Bachelors degree is not accepted by Canadian universities. However, you can apply to PG Diploma courses under SPP. This will also depend on your percentile. Also your gap can be an issue here. You have to check with the colleges directly. Overall band score should be 6.5. Keep

Hi Vibhor, It's not highly recommended but if someone explore new interests and there is a self realization that he can do better with a different course then you can go ahead and change. You must be able to explain to the embassy and the colleges regarding the change.

12 backlogs are unfortunately not acceptable easily unless you have something extraordinary. Still try applying to less competitive colleges. Also, check options in other countries.

Hi Harika,
Ideally, 6.5 with no section less than 6 is required. But only IELTS score is not the criteria for admission. You must also have sufficient academic grades and must qualify to study MS. You can check this link below for colleges, MS courses and the admission requirements:
