Hi Virat,
You have to start checking university websites for the entry requirements and prepare accordingly. But by the time you prepare and apply, it will mean another wasted year so think wisely if you would like to waste 2 precious years. Universities abroad won't be impressed. See here and check

You have to know what is best for you and decide accordingly. No course comes with a visa guarantee. If the course you choose matches your profile and career plans and if you can explain this to the universities and visa officer clearly there is no reason why they won't give you a visa.

12 backlogs is a big number. Without a strong profile it will be difficult. Canada seems tough. Check options in Australia and may be countries in Europe.

You can apply, check options in Europe. Canada and Australia will be too competitive basis your grades. You may still get a few options in Australia. Your SOP, LORs, IELTS or TOEFL score will also be considered.
