I completed my B.com in 4 years with 5.39 CGPA, can I get admission in Canada? Can I explain the same in my SOP?

Hi Rahul Sharma,
Seems to be tough luck with those grades. Please apply to other countries. And yes you can explain in your SOP, you have to show why the low CGPA and why should they admit you. Take help of a professional counselor to help you with your SOP.

No, it is not free. Not for higher studies and not for foreigners. Only school education is free for the citizens.

If you talk about colleges then there are many such as Fleming College, Humber College, Fanshawe College, Durham College etc. But if you are asking about an university then famous ones include University of Toronto, University of British Columbia etc. See here:

First, decide what you want to study, why and what your own career plans are. Without knowing these neither can you nor anybody else can help you. Once you know what you want you have to check admission requirements on university websites and prepare accordingly such as take IELTS,

Yes, chances are good but check the IELTS score requirement with the university. They may ask for a retake or give you a pathway program in English. Please check with them.Your internship, projects, publications, LORs, SOP etc will also be considered during admissions.

Hi Shubham,
58% is not a competitive score to apply in Canada. You have to check college websites for the requirements and apply accordingly. Check SPP colleges. About the course, you should be knowing it by now. If you have no clue what you want to study then applying abroad just for no good reason
