Why would you want to spend a huge amount of money to go to Canada to pursue just a PG Diploma. If you really want to go for your higher studies to Canada just go for your MS. Why? Firstly, this is a proper Master Degree and not any Diploma, Secondly anywhere around the world Master Degree in a Technical field has a way bigger value than a Diploma. A study abroad consultant will always suggest you go for PG Diploma because most of the colleges are settled up with Indian consultants. Between I am also a B.Tech Graduate and I am going for my Masters. Do your research and ping me if you are still in doubt.

Hi Mehma,
There is no particular course which can give you a guaranteed job but finance and accounts sectors have very good opportunities and also very competitive. Its also relevant to your education background. You can therefore see courses in these areas but only if it interests you.

GRE is for PG or Masters level studies in USA. SAT is for undergraduate. First learn about the differences and decide what you want to study.

SAT is actually not required by Canadian universities and it depends on the university. If your class 12th percentage is not too good then you should consider taking SAT. Check with the universities beforehand. Apart from SAT, you must take IELTS.

Best will depend on what you want. There is no such 'best course', it depends on what the student wants and if the student has chosen the right course for him/her according to her interest and career plans. You have many options after B.Com like Master of Commerce, MS Accountancy, MS Finance, PG Diploma in Finance, etc., choose according to your interest.
