Your spouse can apply for the visa while you are applying for the student visa. Now, the question is your profile. Any good university will require work experience, GMAT score and higher percentile. Also, you already have done M.Com so universities will question you why an MBA now? First check with some universities and then apply. Also, keep alternate options like Australia, France, Netherlands, etc.

It's usually around November and December 2017. Very few will have deadlines in January 2018. The process starts a year ahead. You should check university websites and have an idea, the deadlines are slightly different for different universities.

An overall score of 6 is recommended. Also, the universities have their admission deadlines by which you have to submit the forms. The application process is online. You can check some university websites to have an idea. Get yourself familiarized with the process and apply. Start the application process one year before you plan to start your classes.
