Eligibility criteria will vary slightly with the universities. Mostly good academic grades during 10+2 and strong mathematical foundation is required. A grade above 70% to 75% is recommended for the top universities. Additionally you must take IELTS or TOEFL. A good score generally is 6.5 in IELTS or 100 in TOEFL. For MBA from Canada you need to have work experience. Without work experience, you can't get admission to any well-reputed Canadian university.

The kind of job you will get depends totally on you and your capabilities. If you are better at finance then you will get a job paying job on finishing B.Com in accounts & finance, similarly if you have subject knowledge and command over computer Science then that course will also lead to a well paying job.
Don't get stuck in a wrong course because of future job prospects.

However basis the grades you will come up with, university placement records and reputation for business related programs try Ryerson University, Simon Fraser University, McGill University,Western University and University of Toronto in addition to Waterloo and UBC. Doing Masters in canada has more value compare to doing Masters in india. If u did your graduation then go for master of Science in mechanical.
