If you are looking for the best colleges in Canada to do mechanical engineering then go for Centennial College - Toronto, Ontario and George Brown College - Toronto, Ontario. Their fees will be around 6-7 lakhs. Moreover try to score 6.5 or above band score in IELTS exam. Best of luck!

In order to pursue higher studies outside of India, you have to score good marks in IELTS and GMAT exam. Canada government offers scholarship to EEU and American students only.

You don't need to worry about 3 GPA. It is for EEU or American students. For Indians, we have to qualify IELTS and GRE exam as per the demand of the college.

Please see the list below, see if any of the colleges meet your budget requirement and check the individual requirements. You must take IELTS or TOEFL because you are an international student.

Hi Aditya, most IELTS coaching materials are available online. A number of audio video books are also available. You may or may not take a coaching. It is upto you. Enrolling into coaching will help you communicate face to face in English with your teachers and batch-mates which may not be possible in an online home class. So it is upto you to decide.

Hello Jaspreet,
First, analyse the reason for rejection. Try to correct the error and reapply. If the rejection was based on your previous studies or the course which you are planning to pursue, then the change, of course, will be the best option. If your visa was refused under SPP category, definitely the refusal will be either because of financial documents, previous education/employment or your future course.
If the refusal reason is because of the course and if you wish to change the course, then I would suggest you write a strong SOP and submit it along with the visa documents.
All the best.
