Hi Mandeep,
In case you are planning for MBBS, you must first pursue a four years BS degree and clear the MCAT before enrolling into a medical program in Canada. For options other than MBBS please refer to the following list below for medical options in Canada :

Hello, you will be the person to know what you want isn't it? Decide if you want to pursue further studies in electronics and telecommunications, if yes, go for a MS in the same field. You will have opportunities in and around academics, research and development. A Masters in a specialized field of your choice is another option if you want to stick to one particular domain. If you are interested for a managerial role now you can choose to study a management program. The choice is yours. Once you make a choice researching universities will be easier. Hope you got the point.
Best Wishes and Regards

Difficult question, no course or university will guarantee you a job. There is no oncampus placement too. They have career cells which will help you from resume writing to interview tips and also connecting you with employers. You must work on your academics, skills and make use of every networking opportunity given.

Your marks are below average. So you better consult from some immigration experts.

As per my concern you are not. Try to retake IELTS and score 6 or above and also try for GRE, that will help you in getting admission in good universities.
