It is important to score well in your IELTS, you need at least 6 bands overall. Educational loan is possible, depending if you meet the loan provider's requirements.

The countries you have mentioned above are good, but you need to choose a country where you can get placement after completing your studies.
I would suggest you take Canada as an option as the courses are globally reorganized and if you take any 2 year course in Canada, you would get a work permit for 2-3 years after completing your course and even when you will studying, you can take any part time job to support yourself.
