Dear,
Your graduation part is not much important, while shifting to another prospective. You just want to be confident about your choice you have made. TISS, MHA is a really good course and will give you many direct experience in hospital. The average package is also very good about around INR 15 lakhs. So, if you are really having passion and an objective to work on hospital sector you can go ahead. Even, I shifted my whole career from physics to social work, as I'm confident in that, and now I makes sense. So, think about your passion and go ahead.

Yes, PR is the best career for you it seems. Women do very well in PR. PR would top charts among equal employment opportunity sectors, countered Yadav. The creme de la creme of the industry in India and overseas are a well-balanced mixture of men and women. Well, it depends on you. What your interest says because both of these branches offer you a better life. I will prefer automobile engineering because it gives you a chance of designing, manufacturing, etc.
