If you have only these two options to pursue Masters in journalism and Mass Communication course then I would like to vote for Institute of Management Studies, Noida because today, employer seems to be very interested in those candidates who are stone with the graduation from the regular mode. This makes me also to say that getting admission in an open university will not going to help you in long run.
Hence doing regular course from IMS is good. Doing MJMC course from IMS Noida (affiliated to Chaudhry Charan Singh University Meerut) helps you to get wider chance to vet placed at the very good profile in a very good company. You

I will suggest you to go for non-medical (PCM), not because it can give you a bright future, but because you will have more options through it in the near future.

If you complete your education from NIFT then you will have good opportunities in the career ahead because it's the second best college in design after NID. Also, it's a government college. NIFT also has a centralized placement system where a Bachelors student easily get a starting salary of 3 Lacs per annum and Masters student get a starting salary of 4 Lacs per annum (on an average).
