You can definitely become a pilot after completing one year CPL course provided you finish the Course in one years' time. CPL course is not time bound, as it includes 200 Hrs. Flying + DGCA exams + RT + Medical.

Flight Dispatcher's Job is of equal responsibility as of a Pilot. They decide the Flight Levels, Routes, and Alternates etc. Hence, to become a Dispatcher you are required to hold a graduation preferably in Science.
There are training colleges like CTE in Hyderabad, where Air India provides training for being a dispatcher. There are many other colleges or institutes which do so. And, for being a Dispatcher in India, you need to clear DGCA exams for the same.
The job is a valued one and presently in demand. Be it a A320 or B737 Dispatcher.

Both are very different profiles and have good pay. And mind it, both require a lot of preparation and dedication. Aviation is the second after Bollywood in India in terms of Glamour. IIT engineering also has a very good pay.

This is an excellent question. Animation is a non-conventional career option with non conventional recruitment method. The Studio/ Company guys will be more interested in knowing your skill and your knowledge rather than knowing whether you have a degree/ Diploma certificate or not. If you have acquired good skills then any certification from any well-known institute can help you in getting a good job.
