It is good to see that you have shown your interest in Networking. CCNA has been useful for those who feel fire in their belly whenever Networking is a discussion topic.
CCNA is an entry level certification of CISCO and answer is YES to all who love Networking as a profession. Another advice select the right institute before you enroll. If possible get a training from a Networking professional who has been long in networking and done CCNA or CCNP.

If you have enough of your work experence (around 4 or more), you should plan to do Executive MBA which has high paying career opportunities even abroad. After successful completion of this course, you have plenty of job offers because of the degree and of course your experience. You won't like to refuse even a single one then.
E-MBA is the best option for you.
There is a lot of career scopes that you may have through this course.

Diploma in web design, B.Sc in media graphics and animation, B.Sc in visual communication, Diploma in visual communication, B.Des in visual communication are some of the courses that have web designing as an integral part of their course. Which course to take completely depends on your preference whether you want to pursue a Bachelor's degree or Diploma at UG/PG levels.
