Since BTC is a two year regular course, you may look for distance courses in any of the subjects you wish to specialize in like B.A/M.A mathematics, psychology, education etc. You may also pursue online courses related to education, education management, education technology etc from portals like coursera.org, EdX. Another option is ignou that offers certificate courses related to psychology, child development, counselling, blended learning, curriculum designing, policy making, subject specific certificate courses are also available. Psychologists have a doctoral degree in an area of psychology, the study of the mind and human behavior. They are not medical doctors. A psychologist can have a PhD in philosophy or a PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology. They do 1-2 years of internship. Unlike psychiatrists, psychologists are also trained in giving psychological tests such as IQ tests or personality tests. Psychiatrists can prescribe medication but psychologist can't.
