B.Sc. Data Science is a 3-year full-time course that comes under the domains of Computer Science, Business Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Basic eligibility for this course is almost the same in all the colleges, which is: 1) Students must have completed Class 12th with science stream. 2) The subjects should be Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. If a student has studied Computer Science as an additional subject, then it will be treated as an advantage. So, I am afraid you won't have much of a chance of opting a career in Data Science. If you have completed your 12th commerce with Maths also then you can pursue B.Com (Hons) from reputed colleges of India and if you have not taken Maths as a subject, then you can pursue B.Com or BCA from top colleges of India. And if you want to pursue professional courses like CA CMA, CS you can go for it. And u can also pursue CA CS CMA along with your graduation. So, the choice is yours.

The requirement is for you to be a Graduate I Class or PG II Class. If you can crack the SSB and the Medical thereafter, you can join defence forces. Depending on the requirements vis-a-vis your performance, you may be alloted the ATC branch and you undergo a specialised training for the same.

It depends on what were your subjects in 12th standard. If you have done your +2 in science then you acn pursue science otherwise you cannot if you are a commerce student from school.
