You have to find out about your own interest in either subject. You can do the following-
1. You can ask some of your seniors about the difficulty level of either subject.
2. Second of all, you have to keep in mind that history is purely a theory subject and geography a theory+ practical subject.
3. You can take mock tests of either subject after studying. Hope you will get your answer.

Yes you can change your college if you are in second year, first off all you have to take NOC from your existing college and submit it to your new college then you can change your college.

Yes, Many private colleges & universities take admission in various courses without entrance exams. There are certain programs in which you can get admission only if you qualify the entrance exam. Thank you.
